Chibbi Studio Inc. is building a family of social goal-tracking apps. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Chibbi Studio Inc. ("Chibbi Studio," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our apps, websites, and related services (the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Services.
01Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our apps. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
02Your Account
- You're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

03Using the Services
Chibbi Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own goal-tracking. You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Services.
- Harass, bully, or spam other members, including within clans.
- Upload content that is harmful, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Use the Services to build a competing product.
04Your Content
You keep ownership of the goals, notes, and content you create ("Your Content"). By posting it, you grant Chibbi Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services (for example, showing your progress to clans you've joined). You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
05Clans & Community
Clans are meant for encouragement, not competition at anyone's expense. Be kind. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
06Payments
Our apps are currently free to use. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, we'll show the price and terms before you buy, and any purchases will be processed through your app store or payment provider under their billing, renewal, and cancellation rules.
07Intellectual Property
The Services, including our name, logo, pixel characters, software, and design, are owned by Chibbi Studio Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the Services.

09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chibbi Studio Inc. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, streaks, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
10Termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of incorporation of Chibbi Studio Inc., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
