We collect the minimum we need to make goal-tracking with friends work:

- Goal & activity data: the goals you create, check-ins, streaks, milestones, and reactions.
- Social data: clans you join, friends you connect with, and progress you choose to share with them.
- Device & usage data: app version, device type, operating system, and basic analytics about how features are used.
- Optional content: a profile photo or avatar, and any notes you add to a goal.
02How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Services: tracking goals, calculating streaks, and syncing across your devices.
- To power social features: showing your progress to clans and friends you've connected with.
- To send you reminders, streak nudges, and important service notices (you control notifications in settings).
- To improve our apps, fix bugs, and understand which features help people stay consistent.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.
03How We Share Information
We share information only in these limited ways:
- With your clans and friends: the progress and goals you choose to share are visible to people you invite or join.
- With service providers: trusted vendors (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Services.
- In a business transfer: if Chibbi Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal.
04Your Choices & Rights
- Access & update: view and edit your profile and goals anytime in the app.
- Delete: you can delete individual goals or your entire account, which removes your personal data as described below.
- Sharing controls: leave a clan or unfriend at any time to stop sharing progress.
- Notifications: turn reminders and nudges on or off in settings.
- Regional rights: depending on where you live (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, port, or erase your data. Contact us to exercise them.
05Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
06Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to notify you if something goes wrong.
07Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
08International Users
Chibbi Studio Inc. operates internationally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
